Power-Packer’s products are custom specific solutions. Therefore, it is very important that the design of each product suits the customer, and has doubtless performance. The main objective of our engineers and production engineers is to design products and production processes in accordance with our customers specifications and our own high standards. Our engineering department consists of specialists who design and innovate hydraulic and electro-hydraulic actuation systems according to customer requirements. The design process is carefully planned and well structured, using common design tools like Function Analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, and Design for Assembly.
Electronic CAD data exchange enables collaboration throughout the development process. By integrating product design and manufacturing requirements from the outset, we optimize production efficiency and inventory management while delivering reliable, high-quality components for our customers’ end products.
Production
Our engineering and manufacturing teams work closely together from the earliest stages of product development to design robust production processes, optimize material flow, and develop scalable solutions that meet our customers’ requirements.
Continuous improvement is embedded throughout our operations. By applying proven methodologies such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, In-Process Control, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), we continuously enhance quality, efficiency, and manufacturing performance. The development of production lines and shop floor logistics is fully integrated with product development, ensuring efficient production launches, reliable processes, and consistent product quality.
